BIMeng does digital design based on data sheets or manufacturers drawings for all building disciplines including furniture, a wide range of mechanical and electrical fixtures, accessories and equipment. Components are usually generated as Parametric Revit Families.
To the families and project can be added the “COBie” or “Construction Operations Building information exchange” which is essential to support operations, maintenance and asset management once the building is in service. There is an increasing demand of projects mandating “COBie deliverable”. BIMeng fulfills the COBie lifecycle information management requirements including: Auditing exiting models correctness, setting up the models for COBie compliance and adding information from data sheets, warranties, maintenance schedules.
