Coordination between services and successful installation on site

Physical coordination between services and disciplines is one of the objectives of BIM, along with an effective and successful installation on site. BIMeng coordinates and liaises between all parties involved in the process, coordinating meetings with architects, engineers, consultants, construction managers and sub-contractors.

We run Clash Detection and generate customized Building Conflicts Reports (BCR) when the MEP models have been created. We work to detect and sort out the design conflicts among construction elements before they become an issue on site by working together with engineers, contractors, and other trades involved.

Clash detection

The software used to produce clash detection and BCR is Navisworks Manage, which is the industry standard software for precise clash detection. We create BCR by trade for all parties, document the issues and update the project schedules. BIMeng has experience coordinating and modelling many construction projects. Our coordination service reduces expenditure and saves time by coordinating and assembling the models before they are built.
